Founded in 2003, our family-, friends-, and neighborhood-focused business has proudly served the community for over two decades. Throughout these years, we have built a well-known and trusted reputation, supported by a large base of loyal, long-term customers.

Do we Work With Insurance Companies?

Yes, we work with all major insurance companies.

How long does it take to repair my vehicle?

Repair time is estimated similarly to insurance estimates and is always approximate. To be honest, repair duration may depend on parts availability and, in some cases, the availability of an insurance appraiser in the area.

Can you repair parts instead of replacing?

Most parts are repairable; however, it’s important to determine what should be repaired versus replaced. For longevity and safety, we strongly recommend replacing damaged parts. That said, the final decision always depends on the customer’s preferences and wishes.

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?

For vehicles that are two years old or newer, we strongly recommend using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. However, if a customer prefers aftermarket parts, we are happy to provide those options as well.

 Do you provide rental vehicles?

We work with all major rental car companies and can provide assistance and guidance. Vehicles can be dropped off at our shop, and a rental agent can pick customers up. Special shop rates may be available for Red Star clients.

Will my vehicle be the same as it was?

With our experience and advanced paint-mixing systems, we provide the best color match possible. When appropriate, we recommend blending on some manufacturing paint codes, following industry standards used by insurance companies.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We provide a five-year warranty on auto body repairs against any defects.

Do you offer assistance in other languages?

While English is our preferred language, we can also assist customers in Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Hindi, Arabic and Bulgarian.
